1. GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS
All financial transactions made through the Pranara.me marketplace are processed securely via our authorized third-party payment provider.
By completing a booking or making a payment on Pranara.me, you agree to comply with these Payment Terms in addition to the general Terms of Use.
2. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
Pranara.mecurrently accepts the following payment methods only:
- Visa
- Mastercard
All payments must be made in the currency displayed on the Platform at the time of checkout.
💳 We do not accept cash, bank transfers, PayPal, cryptocurrency, or any other payment methods at this time.
3. 3-D SECURE (SCA COMPLIANCE)
To comply with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) requirements under the EU Payment Services Directive 2 (PSD2), all transactions on Pranara.me are authenticated through 3-D Secure (3DS).
This means that during checkout, your issuing bank may ask you to verify your identity using:
- A one-time password (OTP) sent via SMS or email,
- Mobile banking app confirmation, or
- Biometric verification (fingerprint or facial recognition).
If authentication fails, your payment may be declined for security reasons.
4. PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION
By submitting your payment details, you authorize:
- Pranara.me’s payment processor to charge your card for the full transaction amount;
- Pranara.me to facilitate disbursement of payments to Sellers after service completion; and
- Reversal or adjustment of charges in cases of cancellation, refund, or dispute resolution.
You confirm that you are the authorized holder of the payment card used.
5. PAYMENT SECURITY
All payments are encrypted and processed using PCI DSS-compliant technology to ensure protection of your card data.
Pranara.me does not store or have access to full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVV codes.
Any suspicious or fraudulent payment activity will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities or financial institutions.
6. CURRENCY AND FEES
- Prices for services are displayed in local or default currency as shown on the Platform.
- Conversion fees may apply depending on your card issuer’s policies.
- Pranara.me may charge a small platform or processing fee, displayed before checkout.
Sellers are responsible for their own taxes and local regulatory obligations.
7. REFUNDS AND DISPUTES
Refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
- Refunds (when applicable) will be processed back to the original Visa or Mastercard used for payment.
- Refund processing time may vary (typically 5–10 business days) depending on your bank.
- Pranara.me may mediate disputes but is not obligated to issue refunds beyond a Seller’s stated terms.
8. FRAUD PREVENTION & CHARGEBACKS
To maintain security, Pranara.me monitors transactions for potential fraud.
Chargebacks initiated through your bank will suspend your account until the issue is resolved.
If a chargeback is found invalid, you may be charged administrative fees for investigation costs.
