If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.
1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on the Platform with the “Effective Date” revised accordingly. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

1.5 Platform Role
Pranara.me acts solely as an intermediary connecting Buyers and Sellers. We do not directly offer or perform wellness services. Sellers are independent professionals, and Pranara.me is not a party to any agreement between Buyers and Sellers.
1.6 Prohibited Activities
Users agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
- Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
- Infringe intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to interfere with the Platform’s security or functionality.
1.7 Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on Pranara.me are owned by or licensed to Pranara.me and protected under intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute materials without prior written consent.
1.8 Limitation of Liability
Pranara.me is not liable for:
- The quality, safety, or legality of services offered by Sellers.
- Any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
1.9 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pranara.me, its affiliates, officers, and employees against any claims arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
1.10 Governing Law

2. TERMS FOR BUYERS
2.1 Buyer Account

2.3 Cancellations and Refunds

- Pranara.me may assist in resolving disputes but does not guarantee refunds.
2.4 Buyer Conduct
Buyers agree to:

- Refrain from soliciting Sellers outside the Platform.
2.5 Disclaimer
Pranara.me does not endorse or verify the qualifications of Sellers. Buyers are responsible for ensuring a Seller meets their expectations before booking.
3. TERMS FOR SELLERS
3.1 Seller Registration
To offer services, Sellers must create a verified account, provide valid identification, and agree to comply with all local laws governing their services.
3.2 Listings and Pricing
Sellers are responsible for:
- Creating accurate service descriptions.
- Setting and maintaining prices.
- Updating availability and ensuring service delivery as described.
3.3 Payments and Fees
Pranara.me may charge a service or commission fee on completed transactions. Payment to Sellers will be processed after the Buyer’s session is confirmed or completed, minus any applicable fees.
3.4 Cancellations and Disputes
Sellers must clearly state their cancellation and refund policies. In case of disputes, Pranara.me may mediate but the final resolution lies between the Buyer and Seller.
3.5 Conduct and Compliance
Sellers agree to:
- Provide services professionally and ethically.
- Avoid misleading claims or unauthorized medical advice.
- Comply with all local laws and regulations related to their services.
3.6 Taxes and Legal Obligations
Sellers are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes arising from their earnings.
3.7 Account Suspension
Pranara.me reserves the right to suspend or terminate Seller accounts that violate these Terms, receive repeated complaints, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
